Windows 7 Build 7061 not genuine

I've taken over supporting a client. He said the previous IT person sold him Windows 7 and installed it. I'm seeing this problem with the software being tagged as not genuine. I ran the MGADiag tool with the following results.

Can someone tell me if this key has a problem or should I be looking to call Microsoft activation support to fix it?

You need to purchase a genuine Windows 7 license. The copy of Windows 7 Ultimate you have installed is an OEM SLP license that should only come preloaded with a new PC. You seem to have installed a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate that uses an activation exploit that circumvents product activation.

Also, this is a well known Windows 7 Ultimate license that has been used all over the web:

Windows Product Key: *****-*****-X92GV-V7DCV-P4K27

Do a web search.

So, you either need to reload the copy of Windows that came on your computer.

Download the corresponding edition of Windows 7 you have a license for from the following link. You can identify the edition on COA sticker attached to your machine, with at bottom or battery compartment (laptop) or top/side if its a desktop computer.
