Is there a phone number to talk to an actual person regarding activating windows?

I moved my standalone copy of Windows 7 Ultimate from my Vista computer to my brand-new Windows 7 Home Premium computer.  I restored my Vista computer back from the Recovery partition.  I cannot activate W7 over the internet or from the automated phone option.   I need to talk to a person who can help me.

If you want an assistance regarding any Microsoft concerns and you to talk to our Answer Desk team, you can do so by accessing this link. Activate Windows 7 manually:
1. Click Start, and in the Search box type :  slui.exe 4

2. Press ENTER on your Keyboard

3. Select your Country.
4. Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.
