how much disk space is needed for a clean install of windows 7 ultimate?

hi all, thanks in advance for your answers.
i ask because, i usually allow twenty gigs for an xp 64 install with no space issues.  i allowed 30 gigs for a vista ultimate 64 install and am always running low disk space issues (i am in the process of repartitioning to give vista 50-60 gigs for more leg room).  i always run the paging files on separate partitions (partitions dedicated to the paging files only).  i give xp a 2.5 gig page file partition and vista a 4.5 gig page file partition.
how much space should i allow for the win7 64 install and how much for its paging file?
