Blue Screen when Installing Windows

Hello,

I have a laptop, it's runing on Windows 7 at the moment. I'm Trying to reinstall windows 7, but getting blue screen after "windows is loading Files.." and screen with windows logo "starting windows". The error message on blue screen is Stop: C000021a (Fatal system error) The initial session process of system process terminated. 0x00000000 (0x0000020) 0x001003a8. Current Windows 7 version on laptop starting and shuting down with no problem. So it's can't be a drivers issue or similar. When I'm trying to reinstal OS with Windows XP from boot CD I'm getting same blue screen with other error codes: 0x0000007b (0xF78D2524) 0xC0000034.

Did anyone else getting same problem when installing windows OS and how to fix this issue? Thank you..

This section from the Article made me wonder whether it might apply to your situation.

Mismatched system files can also cause this error. This can occur if you have restored your hard disk from a backup. Some backup programs might skip restoring system files that they determine are in use.

It possible that someone getting same error if they was made a backup or restoring system. In my case I didn't restore or backup my system. And specially this error coming up just when I boot my system from Windows OS installation CD. I have been swapped a hard disk from my wife laptop with installed Windows 7, but error still came up. So this is strange because error coming up only when I want to install OS normal start of current OS working fine.

It could be a faulty disk. Where did you get the disk?

It is a disk containing a complete copy of windows 7 and not an upgrade disk?

I would suggest you run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostics Tool and copy and paste the results in a reply for further analysis:

The disk is full copy of Windows 7 and it's work fine. It's comes with a laptop. Even I'll try a Windows XP disk from  my wife laptop and getting error message, so it can't be a disk.
