If i clone a whole Hard drive that has windows 7 on it, can i then install that cloned hard drive into another computer and then have two machines running 7 without purchasing another key?

If i clone a whole Hard drive that has windows 7 on it, can i then install that cloned hard drive into another computer and then have two machines running 7 without purchasing another key?

The only thing i could think that would happen is that one machine wouldn't be able to update.
