Replacing motherboard with same model but standard Intel BIOS, not eMachines/Intel BIOS. Will my Windows 7 still activate?

I have found a replacement motherboard for my eMachine computer running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Upgrade. The motherboard is the same as the one I have now, but will have a strictly Intel BIOS I believe and not the eMachines/Intel BIOS with Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit activation built in. Will I be able to upgrade to this board and still use and/or install my Windows 7 upgrade?

OEM versions of Windows 7 are identical to Full License Retail versions except for the following:

- OEM versions do not offer any free Microsoft direct support from Microsoft support personnel

- OEM licenses are tied to the very first computer you install and activate it on

- OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard

- OEM versions cannot be used to directly upgrade from an older Windows operating system
