Can I clean install and keep programs?

I currently have Vista 32 bit - want to upgrade to windows 7 because of damage that was left behind from a virus - my whole system is screwy. And, yes I have tried everything in the forums trying to fix it. I want to keep my office 2007 ultimate, but do not have a disk - bought it digitally. I have the key though. Is there a way for me to do a clean install of both without having the Office Disk? Shouldn't I have access to a digital file through my digital locker? It has been several years since I purchased the Office Ultimate.

A clean install does not preserve your personal files, settings or installed applications. I would suggest you request a replacement disk for Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate:
