__my pc can't find my OS when I power on. My bios lets me enter F9 to pick which drive my os is on allowing me to power on. What can I do to fix this Windows 7 system.

I have loaded Windows 7. My system can't find the OS when powering on.  My MB seams to have a feature that lets me pick the drive the os is located on and allows me to bring up my system. I have to hit F9 to during power on to engage that feature. What can I do to fix this issue?
