Question

Q: How do I upgrade from Home Premium to Ultimate?

Is there someone out there who can help me with this problem as I am going round the twist.Okay here goes, are you sitting comfortably then I shall begin.I bought a new computer and it had O/S Win7 Home Premium set up on it and the disk etc. was with it,I wanted to upgrade to Ultimate but was put off by the price,I heard of this site that was Software4Students and when I got on it was able to buy the upgrade at a much reduced price, anyway I have tried to upgrade but have failed because it asks me for a key to activate it but I have only the PRODUCT KEY,it tells me that I have to do a CLEAN upgrade not a custom one,I bought it because I could do a custom upgrade as I am not in the slightest Pc wise or a tecky at computer work,I can do the usual stuff but the Ultimate upgrade is sat on my shelf and after trying to contact Software4students and getting nowhere then Microsoft, who wanted £45 to a question,I don`t think so, I am left with a feeling that I have been conned as I have very little money and it took an age for me to afford the upgrade as I cannot work due to being disabled,a clean upgrade means I have to clear my Pc and do the upgrade but it will come to nothing as I will be asked for the upgrade key and I do not have it so any help will be so very welcome. One thing please keep it very basic and simple as I am not very Pc wise and able to do programming stuff, hope someone can help as I would like to get this up and running,Many Thanks All.
