CD/DVD-ROM drive device drivers

So I'm trying to reinstall Windows 7 after a long and bloody struggle with my motherboard (long story short, went to the field, SATA controller died, got new SATA controller, found out I might have possibly wiped my primary HDD, no backup) and after the "Setup is starting..." screen, it asks me for CD/DVD-ROM device drivers.

Seeing as I'm using a Win7 disc to boot from, and it clearly read it enough to get here, and I highly doubt they even make CD-ROM drive drivers anymore, I'm at a loss.

And for the record, the drive is a LITEON iHOS204 BD-ROM. No other CD/DVD/BD-ROM drives, either.

Thoughts? Opinions? Kthx.

Well I can't say it's the only solution, but one other user had the exact same problem and installing a DVD drive solved the problem.

You could try installing using a USB dive:
