Computer was accidentally shut down during a full system restore to factory settings. HELP!!!

Ok so I did a Full System Restore to put my netbook into its factory settings. Everything went fine until I walked away and I find the computer was shut down during the System Restore. I turned it on and it loads up and then displays the screen that says

"Setup is preparing your computer for frst use"

but after about 2 seconds of that screen a pop up comes up and it says:

"The computer unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click OK to restart the computer, n then restart the installation."

Well I click OK and I let it restart but then it does the EXACT same thing everytime. Please help me find a soloution because I can't get on with my school wok without it!
