After installing October, 2016 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3185330) & .net rollups KB3188740 & KB3179930, I installed KB3177467 "SERVICING STACK" [Is that the telemetry spyware?]

After that, remaining optional updates failed to install including KB3184143 [REMOVES NAGWARE] & KB3181988 FIXES SFC  USB both of which seem useful.

If that KB3177467 "SERVICING STACK" is telemetry spyware, I'd like to remove it.

Any suggestions on fixes appreciated...I did a system restore back to AFTER KB3177467 but I can do one to before KB3177467 and see if that helps.

Thanks for any help/insights you care to provide

Update...After a delay,  3177467 which shows as already installed, installed AGAIN successfully...Retried KB3184143 & KB3181988 & they also installed OK go figure.
