Additional information about updates KB3177723 and KB3179573 cannot be found on the MS Support Website

Two updates (one optional and one important) say they need to be installed in my Windows 7 machine.  But when I click on "more information" within the update window, I am taken to a webpage on the MS support site that says no information is available.  In addition, when I search for KB3177723 or KB3179573 on Microsoft.com, no information can be found about these two updates.
