Question

Q: TBS-6920 PCI-E DVB-S2 FTA satellite TV tuner card wont tune...

Hi I have just brought a TBS-6920 card for Windows MCE 7 32bit. I can get the card to work under dream DVB and the other bundled software so I know it must be getting a signal, but when i got to tune channels Windows always ignores the card as it reckons it doesn't have a signal??? I have a DVB-T card installed aswell.
I brought the card to get BBCHD channels as they moved from DVB-S to DVB-S2 , please help.
