Windows Boot Manager: Your computer can't come out of hibernation. 0xc000009a file: /hiberfil.sys

System:

Dell Latitude E6400
OS: Win7x64 build 7600 (RTM)
Memory: 2GB

All drivers have been updated to the latest version along with the bios.

Things I have tried:

Power settings:
USB > Allow wake timers: Enable
PCI Express > LSPM > Disable
Password on wake up > Disable

Hard drive:
Clean up disk - Done
Check disk - Done
Defrag - Done

Other items I have tried:
Delete hiberfil.sys file - Done
Flush DNS

Nothing is fixing this issue.

And please Bear, don't just repost that last link you had. It's useless.
