No idea what is causing this - brand new machine Alienware X17.  Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Office Home and Student 2010, AVG Antivirus, Steam Client and nothing else installed.  When I am on the Internet it locks up and then crashes to blue screen with the following msg  stop 0x0000009c 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff880031dbx70, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000

Thanks for your help! ;)

My computer, is ok, because the problem is software(logiciel ASROCK overcloking) and hardware(settings in the BIOS of the motherboard).
I uninstall all the software that came with my motherboard, and reduces the processor frequency (2.7GHz =>1.40GHz).
After turning left and even shake through software OCCT, everything is back to normal.
Conclusion: Stable PC = Problem solved! : D

Again thank you all for your help super valuable;)

Auggy,

I placed the file where you directed - here is the link http://cid-65d65b2b7002672c.office.live.com/browse.aspx/BSOD%20Error

It was small and did not need to be zipped.  Computer is Brand New as is the software.

Thanks

MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION (9c)
A fatal Machine Check Exception has occurred
On stack - intelppm, nt, hal
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x9C_GenuineIntel_intelppm
Probably caused by : intelppm.sys ( Intel Processor Driver )

This is a hardware issue, 9C the parameters have different meanings depending on what type of CPU you have. Most commonly it results from overheating, from failed hardware - CPU, RAM, power supply, etc. Pushing hardware beyond its capabilities such as overclocking can cause that error too.

Check the hardware settings in your bios, starting with the RAM. Ensure there's no overheating nor overclocking.

Not that I would blame drivers much, but to clear it I personally would uninstall AVG and install MSE as the replacement for now.
