Windows 7 does not boot up, only displays "Press <F2> to enter setup" –

I have an Acer Aspire with Windows 7.  After Windows update recently, I started to have hibernate failure and I have to reboot every time.  Since then, I have problems to reboot the machine,  It could take 30 minutes to reboot.  Now, when I power on, after "Press <F2> to enter setup" screen disappears for a few seconds, it loops back to the same "Press <F2>..." screen.  When I press F2 or F8, nothing happens.  Any suggestions?

Answer
Press F2 and enter setup, then change the boot sequence so that it boots from the DVD/CD drive first.  Then put the repair CD in the drive and reboot.
