Windows 7 Boot Failure and Startup Repair Error code 0x79

Original Title: Windows 7 Boot Failure

My computer was working perfectly fine until yesterday, when it suddenly froze.  I forced shut down and rebooted but Windows would not load (got stuck on the Windows Logo).  Repeated process with same results.  Startup Repair is unable to fix the problem:

Also, I can not revert to previous date, run in safe mode, etc.  On top of that, I bought a license for digital upgrade and have no disk (I do have a valid license).

Answer

Hello EnsignSimmons,

You may contact your computer manufacturer for Windows 7 installation disc and request for the reimbursement.

If you have downloaded the ISO image and burned it onto a USB drive then refer the following article to perform clean installation of Windows 7.

Start your computer from a Windows 7 installation disc or USB flash drive

Note: Be sure to back up any data you want to keep before you begin.
