Hi,

Did you try the the other linux disks to see if they will remove any malware?

It sounds like the hard drive has failed.

See it these help - boot with a Windows disk (repair disk ok) and issue these from the
Command Prompt and hit ENTER after each.

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

bootrec /scanos

bootrec /rebuildbcd

After running the above and using StartUp Repair TWICE if those did not help trying using
EasyBCD and then running StartUp Repair twice.

Using EasyBCD often works when other methods do not.
