Recurring BSOD problem

FLauridsen asked on

I recently wiped my C:/ drive back to factory defaults on my computer, but after a week I started getting recurring BSODs and I can't seem to figure out what causes the problem.

I get the following information on the problem:

BCCode: fe

BCP1: 0000000000000008

BCP2: 0000000000000006

BCP3: 0000000000000005

BCP4: FFFFFA8006820B20

OS Version: 6_1_7601

Service Pack: 1_0

Product: 768_1

I've tried finding solutions, but with no luck. I can see that the minidump-files may help, so I've uploaded them to SkyDrive here: http://sdrv.ms/16DWcE9.

I can boot the pc just fine, but I can't seem to notice any specific cause for the BSOD to happen while using my pc.

Hope someone can help me out.

Hi,

Since removing the Bluetooth drivers / software, leave everything how it is right now and use the system as you would regularly to see how it behaves. If you don't crash, we know it's Bluetooth related and you can attempt to reinstall the software or leave it uninstalled if you wish.
