[Problem] With explorer.exe in Windows 7

I have installed  MS Windows 7 x64 Home Permium on my new PC and after few days I have a strange problem with explorer.exe
I don't know why but explorer is very often shuts down with no reason.
Sometimes it's a few times in a raw. Even when I click on something with right mouse button.
My PC specs: (Phenom II X4 955, DDR3 1600Mhz, MA770T-UD3P, ATI 4870, OCZ 550W.. etc)

In my journal event i can read something like that:

Application that gives error is : C:\Windows\explorer.exe
Module that makes this error is  C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll
Module that makes this error is also C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\msvcrt.dll

Can I do with that something? What are these errors anyway.. It is realy fantastic to have these problems on the new brand OS

Hi Celdur,

Welcome to Microsoft Answers Forum.
I would suggest you to perform SFC scan.
1.            Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow
2.            Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
                SFC /scannow
A message will appear stating that 'The system scan will begin'. Be patient because the scan may take some time
3.            If any files require a replace SFC will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Win7 DVD for this process to continue
4.            If everything is okay you should, after the scan, see the following message "Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations"
5.            After the scan has completed, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.
The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
if the above steps fail I would suggest you to perform malware scan.

If the above steps will fail, I would suggest you to run Microsoft security essentials, the following link will help you to download and install.

Hope this helps. Let us know the results.
Thanks & Regards,
