Agree with Robert Hanson, OpenCL.dll ....mostly this file is required to run software application which relate to video graphic therefore it could be a gaming software or software application can editing, converting or even playing video files.
The most common you should check first is your Video adapter driver !!! check to see if you are using up to date driver if not then UPDATE THE DRIVER MAY RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE. AFTER you update your drive but still get the error pop up then you must look at what specific program which giving you that error then you may need to uninstall it and re-install the software again.

This is not a common error happening on computer system either your driver is not up to date or your system having hardware (chipset, video graphic adapter) is not up to date ( some old laptop , desktop was designed back for windows xp or vista but it could be install upgrade to use windows 7 however it may having alot of issue when running heavy graphical game, or editing video softwares....etc

I hope my explanation would be helpful to you to find out solution and don't follow up the solution of whoever name i don't know his name but he is not professional at all to tell people to perform a clean boot and check for virus...i hope that guy is not holding Technical Support at Microsoft.

This is alternative it may fix however please do it with your own risk
Try to google it then download openCL.dll file then extract it into file directory of windows below
  • C::\windows\System32      ( for users using Windows XP, Vista, 7)

If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place opencl.dll in

Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).

Reboot your computer.

If the problem still occurs, try the following:

  1. Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
  2. Type CMD and press Enter
  3. Type regsvr32 opencl.dll and press Enter.

Good Luck
