IE BSOD after installing IE 10 - HELP PLEASE

Yesterday I installed IE 10 on my laptop. I started getting BSOD straight away so uninstalled IE 10 but now everytime I open IE I get a BSOD within seconds. I have tried to restore laptop to an earlier point and tried a clean boot but it's still happening.   Someone please help.
Please provide the following information to help us figure out the problem:

    - Please zip up the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump directory

    - Upload it to the Public area of a SkyDrive account ( https://skydrive.live.com )

    - Post a link here so we can download it.

and

    - Go to Start (or press the “Win” and “R” keys at the same time), type in "msinfo32" and press Enter

    - When the utility opens, save a copy of it as an .nfo file, and another copy as a .txt file (in case the .nfo is corrupted - which happens fairly often)

    - Zip them up and upload them to the Public area of a SkyDrive account ( https://skydrive.live.com )

    - Post a link here so we can download it.

Use SkyDrive to upload the collected files:

What is the point in this forum if you take hours to reply?

The point is that it's free.  If you'd like me to work on it at my shop, you can bring it in and then pay us to fix it.
Also, I have a family and a job - so I'm not available at all times.
Finally, there's only a couple of people on the web who are experienced with helping users with BSOD's (as opposed to developers) - so we're spread awfully thin.

The memory dumps blame your Intel graphics drivers

Intel Graphics Driver
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=igdpmd64.sys

Please:
- download fresh graphics drivers from http://downloadcenter.intel.com
- uninstall the current Intel graphics drivers
- install the freshly downloaded graphics drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

If the BSOD's don't stop, then please run these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html  Since this is a video problem and it involves memory access - please run all the tests.

If I uninstall the current graphic drivers will the laptop still be usable ?
We can see that my driver is not the latest one but it will not let me update to the latest one, no idea why
