I have deleted the AppData folder accidentally. As a result all files under My Music got deleted. Is there any to recover the deleted files ? OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit

I think the files are still occupying HDD space but are not visible to me (I've tried View hidden files).

Here you go:
  1. Manually recreate the deleted folder.
  2. Right-click it.
  3. Left-click "Restore previous version".
  4. Follow the prompts.
  5. Use this event as an incentive to perform regular backups to an external medium. Next time you might lose the lot . . .

yes .. I learned the lesson the hard way.... I have tried resoring previus versions but the fact is there are no previous versions for this folder !!!

I have also tried deleted files recovery but I could get back only a few of my songs. :(

Is there any other go at this ?

If System Restore is operative on your machine and if you have a suitable System Restore point then you can load it as a VHD (Virtual Hard Disk) using this tool:
http://nicbedford.co.uk/software/systemrestoreexplorer/
You can then access the deleted folders using Windows Explorer.

System Restore, as its name says, will restore System files and settings. It will not restore user files. The tool I mentioned will. The link http://nicbedford.co.uk/software/systemrestoreexplorer/ is correct - I tried it a moment ago.

The best way is to use a data recovery software. But you need to do the data recovery as early as possible as once files are overwritten, they are not recoverable.
