I've had my laptop (Vaio) for about 7 months now and it came with windows 7 built in. A couple of weeks ago i got a virus and did some things to get rid of it, and when i did, it messed things up, like itunes, steam, ect says that they cannot connect to the server. So i was thinking why not do a complete overhaul of the memory and start fresh, but for some reason i cant find the return to factory settings. Yes ive been to the recovery page in the control panel and yes ive clicked on advanced, but it only gives me two options reinstall windows, i would but i dont have the disk (came pre installed). Or use a system image you created earlier, and i never created one.
Can someone help me?!
