How do I replace missing dll files in Windows 7.

I am missing some dll files that are preventing the program Evidence eliminator from working in Windows 7, Ultimate edition. I have no image backup or restore point that will recover these files. I tried doing an install of Windows 7, but as Windows 7 is not having any startup issues, I'm not asked for the installation disk. Is there any way of reinstalling these files without doing a custom install???

Maybe I'm tired but I must be missing something in your question. The program that is NOT working is Evidence Eliminator and you do not have a copy of the program to reinstall?
You should be able to extract the files from the 30 day trial version here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/Secure-cleaning/Evidence-Eliminator.shtml

If you are missing some windows 7 systems files you could do a repair install of W7 to correct any system issues:
