·        When do get this error message?

·        Are you able to boot into the desktop normally?

As per the error report provided, looks like this error is related to your ATI graphics card.

If you are able to boot to the desktop normally, then uninstall all the drivers from the device manager and let windows find and update the generic drivers for the graphic card. Check whether the issue still persists.

I would suggest you to update the drivers for the graphics card or uninstall the graphics card from the system and reinstall it from the manufacturer’s website.

Follow the steps mentioned below.

a.      Click on Start menu and type in Device manager in the start search box and press Enter.

b.     You can see a category ‘Display Adapters’, click on it to expand and you will see the video card driver that is installed on the system.

c.      You can right click on the driver and select properties and click on ‘Details’ tab to know the model of your graphic card, click OK to close the box.

d.     Now right click on the driver and select uninstall.

Note: while uninstalling the divers, you will be prompted to uninstall the software related to the driver, place a check mark next to ‘uninstall the software related to the driver’ and then uninstall the driver.

Check for the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website and download it on the system and install it manually.
