Fix "There is no script engine for file extension '.js'".

I'm trying to use ThinkVantage's Recovery Tool. It used to work, but now I get this error from the Windows Script Host:

"There is no script engine for file extension '.js'"

Use the .JS fix here, also works in Windows 7.
