Hi Chetan,

Who is your broadband provider?

Broadband error code 691

Broadband error code 691 relates to many things as listed below.

a.    Incorrect username/password.

b.    Problem with your service provider's access equipment.

c.    It can occur on a 'bad' connection where the modem is retraining.

d.    It can also occur with incorrect Connectoid settings.

It would be best to seek help from your broadband provider if this problem prevails.

Incorrect network icon

Coming to this issue, see if updating drivers fixes the problem as this has done the trick for others.

For driver updates, refer this link:

Hi Chetan,

You'll need to speak to your ISP regarding those issues.

It's likely an issue with their network.
