BSOD/Bad

Hi there

I keep suffering from BSOD's, I have made sure all my drivers are upto date etc, no new hardware, just suddenly started happening.

Here is some log information;

The device, \Device\Harddisk1\DR1, has a bad block.

Another;

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffa80077ad028, 0x00000000be200000, 0x000000000005110a). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: .

I have also ran HD Tune, and with one of my hard drives and it said Health status:warning, The drive has unstable sectors.

Could these codes point me to any issues thats causing the BSOD?

Kind regards

Adam

Answer

Undo the overclock, it's entirely unstable as you're getting 0x124 bug checks. Despite what you may have been told about it being stable, it's very.. very clear that it is not.
