I have been having blue screens for a while now, and I hope you can give me a solution..

PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

8gb RAM

The attached DMP file is of the PFN_LIST_CORRUPT (4e) bug check.

This indicates that the page frame number (PFN) list is corrupted.

This error is typically caused by a driver passing a bad memory descriptor list. For example, the driver might have called MmUnlockPages twice with the same list.

mcdbus.sys is the MagicISO SCSI Host Controller driver. Uninstall this software ASAP.
