Laptop shut down unexpectedly

I saw that somone else had the same problem and I followed the advice that someone gave her and did a sfc /scannow, and the result was that Windows resource centre found corrupt files but some could not be repaired.  What does this mean and how can I resolve this.

Use the details in that article to try to determine what files are corrupt and not able to be repaired.
