Windows Firewall Error Code 0x6D9

My firewall automatically turned off and is not starting saying "The Windows Firewall with Advanced Security snap-in failed to load. Restart the Windows Firewall service on the computer you are managing. Error code"0x6D9".

·        Do you remember making any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

·        Do you have any third party antivirus software installed on your computer?
