Windows 7 directly opens administrator account

 I am Using windows 7 Ultimate edition.when I start up windows it automatically opens built in administrator account without asking or showing logon options to open other accounts.I already have created 2 accounts but they show only when I log off from administrator account.I tried to disable it but then message shows:
"Your account has been disabled Please see your system administrator"
Please help me out to resolve this problem.

Thank you for keeping us posted.

 

1. Have you recently performed any repair installation on the computer?

2. Have you enabled built in administrator on the computer for any troubleshooting purposes?

3. Do you have password set for the each account?

 

Method 1:

 

You can set all user’s on welcome screen, please follow the steps below.

 

a) Click on Start > Run,

b) Type in control userpasswords2,

c) Click on Advance from the user account screen.

d) Uncheck Require users to press ctl+alt+delete

 

 

Method 2:

 

Create a new User Account and check if you experience the same issue. Make sure that you enable password for the accounts.
