"virtualapp/didlogical" website creates a generic credential account without my permission.

Some "virtualapp/didlogical" website has added a generic credential into the Windows Credential Manager, logging some unknown username and password. What is this, and how do I stop it? I don't want my pc being taken over by some other entity.
