My house has received several phone calls from a 000-000-0000 telephone number and the person tells you to go to your computer and type www.thewindowssolution.com in the start area. When you do, you get to TWS--The Windows Solution website and he has you to run Teamviewer for him to have remote access to your computer. He was able to move my mouse. Another family member in the household fell victim to it. So now do they have access to my private records? i know a little about remote access and it generally only works when the computer is turned on. since that incident, i have NOT turned on my computer. Please help! I don't know what to do. The Better Business Bureau did not have the company listed and the company's website had no telephone number or address--just an email address. When you try to chat live, you can't because of "internet problems". So what should i do? The website mentioned an Indian connection to India so what do you think? So far, my banking info is ok.
