Hi mestitup,

1.    What happen when you try to login to Windows using the first administrator account?

2.    Do you receive any error message?

Method 1

Check if you are able to boot to the desktop using the safe mode.

Start your computer in safe mode

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

Restart the computer to get back to the normal mode

Method 2

If you are able to boot into safe mode then I would suggest that you enable the built in administrator account and check.

Here’s how you enable built-in administrator account.

a)   Go tostart and type cmd in the search field.

b)   Right-click oncmd listed and click on “Run as Administrator”.

c)    Once the command prompt opens, type the following command.

net user administrator /active:yes

You should see a message that the command completed successfully.

Now restart the computer and check

Note: The above Microsoft article also applies to Windows 7

Hope this helps!
