Unable to load profile on Windows 7 - digital signature related?

I have been scouring possible causes and solutions everywhere, finding several similar cases but none quite exactly the same as what I am dealing with.

I have a brand new laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium x64. Given that it is new, I have no restoration points to return to. That said, whenever I try to log on to my administrator account (the only one on my computer), I receive the default profile instead.

The Event Log contains the below entries. I have read about problems concerning all of these messages, but I am wondering if one is causing another or if they all stem from a common source. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Event Log messages:
