How can I unhide the Administrator account, which does not appear even in safe mode (Windows 7)?

I've been assigned to set up a PC that has Windows 7. It's been used before but I do not know by who or how it was used. In order to do some of the setting up I want to do, I need access to the Administrator account. I have an account that's in the Administrator group, Admin, but the Administrator account itself appears to be hidden or missing. It does not appear when I boot into safe mode. How can I gain access to Administrator?

Answer
I found my own answer. The Administrator account was disabled. The enable it, run the group policy editor, then Local Computer Configuration --> Windows settings --> Security settings --> Local Policies --> Security options -> Accounts: Administrator Account Status --> Enable.

After this, I was able to log in to Administrator.
