Now I am on standard account / access. Can't install or uninstall any programs for i am not the administrator/ not logged in as administrator. Reboot and system restore is not in function. I also tried changing my account from standard to administrator
but its not changing. And not click-able on standard setting when you check on ASP.NET MACHINE account.
We also tried installing windows 7 from dvd but the program won't run. And when using usb it will only open upto install window, then prompt again that you're not logged in as administrator.

1. Are you logging in using “ASP.NET MACHINE” user account?
2. How many user accounts do you have on the computer?
I would suggest you to enable built-in administrator user account then login to that account and create a new user account with Administrator privileges.
Follow these steps:
Step 1:
Enable built-in administrator user account.
Refer to the link “Enable and Disable the Built-in Administrator Account” to know how to enable built-in administrator user account.
Note: Login to the built-in administrator user account after enabling it.
Step 2:
Create a new user account with administrator privileges.
Refer to the link “Create a user account” to create new user account.
Step 3:
Login to the new user account and check how it works.
If the issue is fixed then you can fix a corrupted user account.
