After removing a virus, I am unable to turn on Windows firewall, getting error code: 0x80070003

A virus recently attacked my computer, causing my firewall to turn off. Now when I try to turn it on it gives me this error code: 0x80070003 and it looks like the virus deleted my firewall files, what now? Any fix?

System restore doesn't work, the trojan also corrupted that. I do not have the Windows 7 disk either.

I scanned the file using a website that scans with 43 different anti virus programs, most of them found the Trojan. It deleted important Windows files and I had to repair my system with the build in repair tool. So the problem is as good as solved.
