Add Another Computer to Folder Access...

I have Windows 7 Ultimate acting as the "Server" on a network. This unit has multiple users on it. In the office I also have additional computers, (different computer names), with the exact same users/passwords setup on them. They match the "Server" computer. I am now trying to setup security on the "Server". What I would like to do is share a folder with specific privileges that allow/restrict access to specific users. The problem is I can not change the "From this location" when adding a user/group. I need to allow the user \\Server\User1 and \\Officers\User1, etc. to have specific access to various files/folders. How can I do this? Thank you..

In a workgroup network, you can only create users and define permissions on the local computer  Those permissions apply to the matching user accounts on all other computers.  It isn't possible to have different permissions for accounts on other computers that have the same user name.
