drive c: access denied

I am running Windows 7 Home Prem 32-bit.  We had a visitor who "Knows Computers" and this morning the Wife can not do anything on her computer.  Life is not fun at this time.

I checked my computer and there is a Administrator account along with mine.  Hers does not have Adminstrator account, only her account.

This seems to have something to do with the problem.  I have tried everything in Safe Mode to running the "Repair" on the Win7 CD.  Nothing works.

Question:  Is there something that I can do other than bomb and pave?

Thanks

All Windows installations have an Administrator account. However, when it is disabled you cannot see it. To undo the damage done by your incompentent friend you should boot the machine into Repair Mode, then use System Restore to put Windows back to a date before he wreaked havoc.
