Hi Etienne,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community!

As per the issue description, it seems that you have an issue with transferring pictures. However, in order to guide you in the right direction; I will need some more information. Please help me by answering the questions:

1.      Are you transferring pictures from computers to I-Touch?

2.      Do you face any issue with transferring the music or any other files?

3.      Do you get any error message?

I would suggest you to make the following setting and check the issue status.

a.      In the notification area, click on the small arrow to reveal a whole set of additional icons. Then, right click on the Bluetooth icon and click on Open Settings.

b.      Go to “Share tab” and make sure another setting is checked: "Allow remote devices to browse, send, and receive pictures, music, and other files."

c.       Save the changes by clicking on apply and ok.

Hope this information is helpful. Please do let us know if the issue still persists, we’ll be glad to help you further!
