Whenever I use the media player to play music, it plays fine, but after that you can't close the player and everything else is totally frozen. Even Cntrl/Alt/Del doesn't work. The only way you can excape is to turn off the power. Is there a way to uninstal
the Windows Media Player and use one that works instead?
