Microphone stopped working after installing Windows 7 Ultimate
I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my Acer Aspire Timeline laptop (exact model
Acer Aspire Timeline AS4810T-8480 14-Inch HD Display Notebook). I noticed that after I installed it, my sound/microphone stopped working. I have no problems listening to the audio, but I think the microphone was affected. While using Skype, this
is the message that appeared: "Microphone Problem: There's a problem with the microphone inside your computer. Try plugging in a USB headset for this call." I know for sure that there was no problem with my microphone before I installed Windows 7, and had
been using Skype without problems. Can anyone help me fix this? Thank you.
