How Can I Run A GIF Photo On Windows 7 ?

Everytime i want to open  gif photos it just shows me a photo it doesn`t move, if u have a solution plz tell me

If u want your GIF file to work in POWERPOINT then just copy your GIF file and paste it in your slide. Your GIF will run during "slide show".Try it, it will run. After downloading GIF viwer install it and perform following steps to make GIF viewer to set as default to open GIF files.

1.Right click on your Gif image.

2.click on properties.

3.In front of open with , there is a "change" button, click on it.

4.Browse it where your GIF viewer is installed, generally it is in C:/programfiles(x86)/GIF viewer/GIFviewer.exe

5.click on open and then ok. Then click on apply and again ok.

Thats it your GIF will be viewed in GIF viewer then onwards.

You want the animated gif to function. The default file association for gif in Windows 7 is the other installed apps for viewing photos, like the Live Photo viewer, and others like the Office Viewer. If you want the browser to open them by default, you must reset the .gif entension.

Control Panel/Default Programs/'change a file association or protocol'/Scroll down to .GIF, and hightlight it, to then click the "Change" button, and choose the browser, (like Internet Explorer.)
