Can't able to save video file through windows media player classic menu

As i used windows Xp & vista before i used the windows media player on both system so many time and familier to all the features. One os the feature is lets say i am watch a video from my flash drive through wmp and now i save it to my pc. i just click on file and save as. but on windows 7 the media player doesn't give me that option. After i play video on wmp it doesn't show the classic menu at all even though its not on full screen. So please help me.

Hi,

The menu bar in Windows Media Player (previously known as Classic Menus) gives you access to most of the Player functions, but it's hidden by default.

To show the menu bar.

           ·         Do one of the following:

·      In the Player Library, click Organize, point to Layout, and then select Show menu bar.

If the Player is currently open and you’re in Now Playing mode, click the Switch to Library button in the upper-right corner of the Player.

·      Press Ctrl+M.
