How many times should appear this file "wininit.exe" in my system ? ( I've found several files with this name and I understand could be a virus ) Thanks in advance :)

I'd very much doubt that those 2 keys were created by a Norton or a McAfee application. That being said, you could download/run the Norton Removal Tool [1] and the McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool, [2] rebooting after each run, to make sure there are no "leftovers."
