Windows Kernel event ID 41 error in Windows 7 : “The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first”

original title: Windows 7 Pro 64bits shutdown unexpectedly

Hi Support,

I'm facing a very frustrating issue currently. My Windows 7 64bit Pro shutdown itself unexpectedly while the CPU start the "heavy" usage. When i said heavy it's only about 60~70% from the task manager view, e.g.loading 2 flash games from facebook or running 2 instance of VM machines. I can easily to simulate the issue by running any stuff to get CPU spike 70% and above, then it will shutdown immediately.

My desktop configuration as below:
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64bits Genuine
CPU: Intel Quad Core 9550
RAM: 8GB

The issue started since June 11(last month). I tried install the latest update win7 SP 1 but doesn't help. The issue doesn't occur before June.

From the system log files:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
